Ron Paul, on a single day, raised 6 million dollars over the internet from the individual donations of over 50,000 people
However, this is not even half of what some other candidates have been able to raise. How do candidates like Hillary Clinton and Rudy Guliani secure millions upon millions of dollars for their campaigns?

Goldman Sachs, is a good example.
I know alot of them loan it to theirselves… I saw where Mitt Romney loaned his camaign something like 14 million, because the money wasnt coming in.
Ron Paul 2008
They pander to special interests, so the special interests pay their bills. Also, they are all accepting federal matching funds, which means you donated to them with your tax dollars whether you support their positions or not.
Same place Paul does, people that support them. Big difference though. The other candidates have a larger number of people that will vote for them. A 6% ratings doesn’t give someone the nomination!
I really wish Paul supporters would stop touting about how much money Paul has raised. It is small compared to other candidates AND even with the increase in money his support hasn’t increased much. Paul has NEVER been in double digets and never will!
Most of them have large corporations supporting their campaigns and some of them actually pay their own money into their coffers. Ron Paul is the only candidate that isn’t getting money directly from the heads of big corporations. He is the only candidate whose money is coming directly from the grassroots voters. That means that they believe in what he is saying and know that his message of liberty will help them get the government out of their back pockets. This is why he is getting his support from the small town people.
